This booklet is made up of all the homework I had created and given to my athletes who participated in my 1:1 coaching mindset discussions. It’s been sitting in my files for a long time, so instead of having it sit there, I am putting it out here for you all to enjoy and experiment with.
There are no rules on how to use it or what order to do things in, but I do recommend taking your time with each activity! One per week is how we did it in my coaching program.
