What happens when I join the Go Forward Strong Program?

 

When you join the Go Forward community we start with an in depth video call consultation process that includes discussing your training goals, training and injury history, current player and work schedule, as well as assessing your mobility through a virtual movement screen. Based off of your training volume and experience I will recommend which training program is best for you to reach your goals. From there I will send your individualized program right to your inbox with movement demos attached.

Throughout the program I will provide coaching feedback through our shared google drive where you can add videos of your lifts. Each program is customized to the athlete’s needs based on the movement analysis, injury history, training experience, season, and position on the field.
